We have mapped the molecular circumnuclear disk in Centaurus A in the
-2 line of 12CO using the James Clerk Maxwell Telescope at 14´´
(235 pc) resolution. The disk remains at best only very barely resolved and
even the most basic conclusions regarding its structure are highly
model-dependent.
Key words: elliptical galaxies / molecular gas
