The correct unit of intensity in Figs. 11–14 and A3–A5 is W m−2 μm−1 pix−1, not W m−2 μm−1 arcsec−2 as described in the figures. The pixel scale of 9.5 mas for these images was based on the original H-band image obtained using Subaru HiCIAO. These mistakes do not affect any other part of the paper.
