Heatmaps comparing the best-fit two-component HG asymmetry parameter g1 (left panels, same as Fig. 7) with the integrated absolute difference ΔArea between the extracted surface brightness and the intrinsic scattering phase function (right panels, same as Fig. 6). The top rows show variations with size distribution slope (q) and minimum grain size (smin) at a fixed geometry for inclinations of 50°, 70°, and 80°. The bottom row shows variations with the disc opening angle and inclination for smin = 2, 10, and 30 micron.
