Wide-field image of our observation of the Perseus cluster. The marked sources are used in Fig. B.1 to check the accuracy of the flux density scale. The angular distance (d) to the Perseus cluster (i.e. pointing) centre is indicated near each source on the image. The dotted red circle indicates the extend of the R₅₀₀ of the Perseus cluster. The giant radio halo extends a bit beyond half the R₅₀₀, so we do not expect any flux scale issues due to direction dependent effects.
