The spectra are not flux-calibrated, and therefore the absolute values of the y axis in units of analogue-to-digital units (adu) are not astrophysically meaningful. The spectra are not blaze-corrected, so the flux tends to rise with wavelength. The vertical green line denotes the expected location of the H₂ transition of interest. The spectra are shown in the observatory frame, with the H₂ location shifted to account for the Doppler shift of the star relative to the observatory frame.
