Same as Figure 6 but for snapshot 1200 (7.8 Gyr after the merger) of model 371. The gas particles forming an almost vertical line with very negative values at R = 27 kpc are caused by a tidal dwarf that is found superimposed to the disk (see right panel of Figure 5).
