χ2 of a shell fit to the data taken on day 1639 at C band (5 GHz), as a function of outer radius (horizontal axis) and ratio of inner-to-outer radius (vertical axis). The χ2 values are normalized to the global minimum and the total shell flux density is optimized at each point. The coordinates of the shell center are fixed to the estimates from a fit with all free parameters.
