Examples of four different planetary systems (HD 82943, GJ 433, Trappist 1, and the Solar System) with different architectures. The size of the dots gives a representation of the planetary masses but not on the scale (the smallest have been multiplied up to 140 and the biggest divided by 2 to be able to represent all the planets on the same diagram).
