Additional simulation parameters are the adiabatic index $\widehat{\gamma }=13/9$, density floor ρ_min = 10⁻⁴, magnetization ceiling σ_max = 10³ for a simulation domain of r ∈ [1.185, 3333.33], θ ∈ [0, π], ϕ ∈ [0, 2π] and a block size of N_r × N_θ × N_ϕ = 8 × 8 × 8 with up to four AMR levels. Two parameters that determine the size of the initialized disk are the inner radius (r_in) and the location of the density maximum (r_ρmax).
