Analogous to Fig. 7, except for a subsample of the red giant sample shown in Fig. 6 restricted to |b|> 60°. The top two panels show the same |Z| bins as in Fig. 7, while the two bottom panels extend to larger |Z|. The sample sizes vary from 10 000 stars to 2000 stars for the most distant bin.
