Notes. We note that Rsh and ΔRsh are derived from Gaussian fits to the AARPs at the stellar vLSR. The pa range gives the range of position angels over which the AARP was formed to measure ΔRsh (Rsh was measured over all position angles; see text for details). Values for vsh are measured in the 12CO (1 − 0) spectra extracted from the ALMA observations (in 12CO (2 − 1) for U Ant). Distances, Msh, g and Tsh are taken from Schöier et al. (2005), except for U Ant where we find a better fit to the data using the value of Msh, g given in the table.
