Notes. For each model, we specify the input parameters related to the input magnetic map (cut-off harmonics max and multiplying factor μ). We also specify parameters regarding the simulation domain and the grid resolution. Finally, we specify the parameters that are characteristic of each model. We end with the main numerical methods used, when it is relevant. For a more precise definition of each parameter, see Appendix B.
