Composite SED of PDS 70 b showing spectro- and photometric measurements from the literature (gray and black error bars, respectively), the new NIRCam F187N and F480M photometry (blue and red error bars, respectively), and the best-fit atmospheric models found in Wang et al. (2021b). The model with the most support is shown with a solid orange line (extinct BT-SETTL model with additional blackbody emission). It is consistent with both of our measurements, and suggests that circumplanetary contribution is required. The light blue error bar is obtained considering photometry from the literature for the star. It illustrates the uncertainty associated with variability that affects some other data points of the SED (details in Appendix F).
