Next is the date of MO onset followed by sheath onset time (SHstart); sheath end time (SHend); MO onset time (MOstart); and MO end time (MOend), all given in day of the year (DOY). The following columns show the FR type, NRF ratio, shock orientation θB, observed transit time (TT) in hours. Finally, the gamma parameter is given in the last column.
