Comparison of GSP-Phot distances in star clusters against literature values. For 2019 star clusters (nearly 200 000 stars) spanning distances up to 13 kpc, we indicate on the y-axis the median offset (dot), and the 50% quantile (line) of all member star distances with respect to cluster distances taken from Cantat-Gaudin et al. (2020). Above ∼2.5 kpc (∼15% of the cluster members), GSP-Phot systematically underestimates distances (see the discussion Sect. 3.1).

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.

Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
