Full calibration process for the actual implementation of spatial LDFC, including acquiring the response matrix, applying the pixel map, and building the control matrix. In the first step (upper row), eigenmodes are derived from the focal-plane response of Hadamard modes, which is filtered by the pixel map. In the second step (lower row), the final response matrix is measured through a series of selected eigenmodes. This response matrix is also filtered by the pixel map. From this response matrix, the control matrix is then derived.
