Notes. The first four models are the opaque disks we described earlier. The slab is discussed in Sect. 2.3a, the wedge in Sect. 2.3b, the torus in 2.3c, and the ORST in Sect. 2.3d. The remaining columns are the two semi-opaque disks. We can find LFM in Sect. 2.3e and PD in Sect. 2.3f. Any of the results can be made available upon request.
