Hardness ratio vs. luminosity dispersion of objects in cULXss (squares) and cbULXss (diamonds), distinguishing between objects hosted in late-type galaxies (TH ≥ 0) and early-type galaxies (TH < 0). Density contours have been drawn to help the eye. Only hardness ratios with uncertainties lower than 0.2 are accepted for the sake of reliability.
