Position-velocity plot along the filament. This plot shows the centroid velocity over distance along the filament marked by the red spine in the upper panel of Fig. 3. The centroid velocity is an intensity-weighted average over the 40 pc -wide slice perpendicular to every filament position. The blue curve represents the designated Maggie component, that is the first fit component of the GAUSSPY+ results. The gray curve shows the second fit component for comparison. The gray shaded area around both curves indicates the uncertainty estimated by the standard deviation over each slice.
