Galactic Aitoff projection of the sources with radial velocities missing in DR3 (radial velocity criterion i) and the distribution of sources that failed radial velocity criteria ii. The large red over-density south of the Galactic centre is coincident with the Large Sagittarius Star Cloud, which contains Baade’s Window. The small red over-density at is coincident with the Scutum Star Cloud. Two red over-densities are also visible north of the Galactic centre in the Ophiuchus region.
