Comparison between the synthetic profiles for the Fe I 15 648 Å transition when using the theory of Anstee & O’Mara (1995) for collisions with neutral hydrogen (black) and the case where no broadening process is included (red). We use the HSRA atmosphere with a constant magnetic field strength of 300 G, 45° of inclination, and 70° of azimuth.
