The image in the left panel has been cleaned (see the text for the details) and the small disk-like shapes are remnants of this cleaning process. The inset, an HST color image obtained using the F814W − F435W filters, shows a closer view of the central region indicated by a blue box in the right panel. The dust filaments, especially that perpendicular to the major axis, are apparent in the HST data. North is up, east is to the left.
