The first row shows the number of class 1 examples classified as good astrometric solutions (true positives, first column) and as poor solutions (false negatives, second column). The second row shows the number of class 2 examples classified as class 1 (false positives, first column) and class 2 (true negatives; second columns). The total number of misclassifications for the set of test examples is 0.1%.
