FFDs in ED for EPIC 211970427, an M3 dwarf in Praesepe that was observed in both short 1 minute cadence (campaigns 5, 18) and long 30 min cadence (campaigns 5, 16, and 18). We detrended, and searched both light curve types for flares using the method described in Sect. 3.1. Red diamonds indicate flares found in the long cadence light curves, black stars are flares from the short cadence light curves. The red and black lines were randomly sampled from the posterior distributions of the power law fits to the long and short candence FFDs, respectively (see methods in Sect. 3.4).
