Injected artificial dwarf galaxies. The effective radius and the effective surface brightness are varied in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, respectively. The red line indicates the effective radius for each artificial galaxy. The number in the box represents the total apparent magnitude of the artificial galaxy. The images are smoothed with a Gaussian kernel with σ = 2 px to enhance the LSB features. The brightness of the stamps is represented with a cube helix color scheme (Green 2011).
