Notes. (a) For UVES, we employed spectra from a variety of setups with different dichroics. Hence, we only show the extrema in terms of wavelength coverage and the minimum resolving power. We note that UVES dichroic observations are counted here as one spectrum, while the blue and red arm spectra appear in two different files in the ESO archive.
