Notes. Values without error come from fits performed with the θ parameter fixed. We also report the overall range of source linear sizes (D) corresponding to θ, and for each molecule the average D considering all the sources. For each source, molecular hydrogen column densities (N(H2)) with their angular scale () and reference are also listed. Together with θ, these parameters have been used to rescale the source-averaged molecular column densities and derive the abundances (see Sect. 5.5 and Eq. (1)). Here and in the following tables, the horizontal black lines subdivide the sources according to their evolutionary classification (see Table 1). (a) Source size θ obtained from the fit at 0.9 mm.
