The red vertical bars of the first two plots show the phase where the pulsar (resp. the inner binary) is closer to the Solar System. The red vertical bar on the bottom plot, shows the Earth orbital phase where the line of sight to the pulsar passes closest to the Sun. We have removed every ToA when the pulsar is less than 5 deg from the Sun, which explains the gap around that particular phase.
