Parallax in microlensing. Projection from the source (here in the northern ecliptic hemisphere) on the plane (i, j), perpendicular to the Sun-source direction k containing the Sun. i is along the intersection of the ecliptic and transverse planes. Its orientation is such that the perpendicular projection of j on the ecliptic plane is opposite to the source.
