Top row, left to right: views along the Z, Y, and X axes of the body-centric coordinate frame from the positive end of the axis. Bottom row, left to right: views along the Z, Y, and X axes from their negative ends. While the Z-axis of the body (also the spin axis) is aligned with the shortest axis of inertia, there is no relation between the longest axis of inertia and the X-axis of the body, as used in shape modelling and spin-state analysis. The X-axis is arbitrarilyselected so that it would be in the plane of sky at T0.
