The J = 12 → 11 transition of HC3N in its ground state and several vibrational modes, and the J = 6 → 5 of CH3CN also in the ground state and the ν8, 2ν8, and other possible vibrational modes. For HC3N these vibrational states are ν7, 2ν7, 3ν7, 4ν7, ν4, ν5, ν6, ν5+ν7, ν6+ν7, and ν6+2ν7. The whole spectrum is shown in Fig. C.5.
