From top to bottom, the panel rows show effective radii (Re), mean effective surface brightness in r′-band (), and Sérsic indices (n) for our sample of galaxies as a function of their total r′-band absolute magnitude (Mr′). Left panels: individual galaxies, and right panels: running means of three different types using a filter size of ΔMr′ = 0.5 mag. The blue, red, and black symbols and lines correspond to late-type dwarfs, dE(nN)s, and dE(N)s, respectively. The shaded areas in the right panels correspond to the standard deviations of the points using the same running filter as for the means. For readability, we do not show the standard deviations of the dE(N)s, but they are similar to the ones of dE(nN)s. The black crosses in the left panels show the typical errorbars associated to the values at given magnitudes.
