Observed spectra in the wavelength region around 6173 Å. The quiet Sun absorption spectra were observed at the disk center (μ = 1.0, blue curve) and close to the solar limb (μ = 0.3, red curve). The ions are shown in gray. The emission spectra of the laser frequency comb (LFC, green curve) and the iron hollow cathode lamp (HCL, black curve) were measured to calibrate absolute wavelengths and Doppler shifts. The Fe I reference lines are marked.
