Notes. Type of variability, effective temperature (Teff), distance (d), expansion velocity (vexp), and range of gas mass-loss rate () including uncertainty, with and without scaling to the same XCO, d and vexp used in this paper on the right and left columns, respectively. In case there is only one value in the literature with no estimated uncertainty we assumed an error factor of 3, which is the typical uncertainty in mass-loss rates of AGB stars (e.g. De Beck et al. 2010; Ramstedt et al. 2008).
