Notes.

The five evolutionary stages are: dwarf, main-sequence turn-off (MSTO), sub-giant branch (SGB), red clump (RC), and higher on the red giant branch (high-RGB). The initial mass, Teff, and log g are taken from the isochrones, see further details in Sect. 2.4.
