Notes. The parameters of the open clusters are from Kharchenko et al. (2013) except for Alessi 95 (Turner et al. 2012a) and Turner 14 (Turner et al. 2012b). The stellar masses at the turn-off and at the AGB are from PARSEC isochrones for the age of the open cluster and solar metallicity. The references that associate the Cepheids with an open cluster are (1) Turner et al. (2012b); (2) Anderson et al. (2013); (3) Turner et al. (2012a); and (4) Chen et al. (2015).
