Notes. Columns 2 and 3 give the estimated offset or RMS level of systematics in parallax and proper motion (per component) based on the analysis described in the reference. The RMS values should be interpreted as the noise floor when averaging many sources at the given angular scale. For bright sources (especially G ≲ 13 mag), the systematics may be significantly larger; see for example Fig. 4.
