Notes. For both grids, the parameters M ini = 3.25 M ʘ, X ini = 0.71, X c = 0.5 and X c = 0.1, f = f 1 = 0.015 are held constant. In the first grid, the exponential overshooting description is used and D ext is varied. For the extended exponential overshooting, we list the values of f 2 and D 2 used to compute the grid.
