Notes. The upper limits are derived at the 99% confidence level, assuming a power-law spectrum (d N∕d E ∝ E−Γ) with the photon index Γstd = 2.6 for standard cuts and Γhard = 2.0 for hard cuts. The rather high threshold energies derived for GRS 1915+105 and Cir X-1 are the result of large maximum observational zenith angles.
