Optical setup of LARS in 2016. The beam from the telescope enters the instrument on the upper right-hand side. A beamsplitter guides the sunlight to the Context Imager (10%) and the fiber-coupling unit (90%). A single-mode fiber (yellow cable) guides the integrated light from a circular 10′′ -wide solar region to the spectrograph.
