This plot assumes optimal orbital orientation between disruption axis and the spin vector, uses the ZAMS mass-radius relation for stars with Z = 0.008 from Girardi et al. (2000), the formalism of Kesden (2012), and follows the calculations detailed in the supporting material of Leloudas et al. (2016).
