Probability distribution function of redshift errors at 0.5 <z < 0.7 and 0.7 <z < 1.2 in the VIPERS data. This is obtained from the redshift differences of reobserved galaxies, for which there are two independent redshift measurements. The dotted and dashed curves are best-fitting Gaussians for the redshift intervals 0.5 <z < 0.7 and 0.7 <z < 1.2 respectively.
