Example of the wavelength-calibrated spectrum obtained from one of the spaxels of SNIFS for the blue channel. This is a typical exposure showing the 500 Å separation between the different wavelengths observed (the same as in Fig. 2) and the nearly consistent number of electrons per wavelength due to a careful selection of the SCALA exposure time for each wavelength. The characteristic triangular shape and 35 Å FWHM of the SCALA line profile is also evident.
