Direct comparison of Pnicer and Nicer extinction estimates when applied to the NIR VISION observations. The mean morphology was calculated with the SExtractor morphology class of the source catalog in a 0.05 × 0.05 large box in this parameter space. As expected, Pnicer delivers smaller extinction estimates for galaxies.
