Notes. Log-likelihoods are calculated with the TGAS(HIP2) sample (ϖ < 2 mas), containing 758 stars. We also show the results for the nearby ((1 < ϖ < 2) mas, 296 stars) and for the distant objects (ϖ < 1 mas, 462 stars). The standard deviation σΔ and the probability P(Δ > 0) are calculated using bootstrap resamples (see text).
