Azimuthal velocity components vs. the radius R for the disk-alone and the halo, both with the same center; and the perturbed azimuthal velocity component, along φ = 0°, arising when the halo is taken to be offset with respect to the disk center by 350 pc. We note that the disk dominates the dynamics in the central few kpc, and the perturbed velocity component is large.
