Sky maps in galactic coordinates with the position of 2FHL HBL (light blue and blue) for IceCube (lower panel) and KM3NeT (upper panel). The blue points are the brightest HBL and the associated number is reported in Tables 1 and A.1. For the plot of KM3NeT, the different color indicates the different range of object declination-dependant visibility; red: > + 60° and visibility percentage <20%, dark-orange: + 25° ÷ + 60° and visibility percentage 20 ÷ 45%,orange: −12° ÷ + 25° and visibility percentage 45 ÷ 60%, yellow: −53° ÷ −12° and visibility percentage 60 ÷ 100% and green: <− 53° and visibility percentage 100%. Lower map: visibility plot of IceCube. The gray region is 100% of muon neutrino visibility, and the white is near 0%.
