Steady state solutions for the gaseous and solid NaCl abundances (relative to the hydrogen number density) as a function of the dust temperature, Td, for the case in which accretion, thermal desorption and photodesorption are included in the chemical network. The different panels are for different values of the binding temperature (5000, 10 000, 15 000 K) at a hydrogen number density of 1 × 108 cm-3. Each panel also shows the inverse timescale for accretion, thermal desorption and photodesorption in units of s-1, calculated with FFUVYPD = 3 × 105.
