Volume-averaged X_CR within a given radius R as constrained by the upper limits presented in this work for the semi-analytical, extended, and isobaric models, the last one with α = 2.2 matching the effective spectral index of the other models in the energies of interest here. We recall that in the isobaric model, X_CR(r) is constant by construction. The vertical grey line represents the radius R₅₀₀, expressed with respect to an average density that is 500 times the critical density of the Universe, for an easier comparison with cosmological studies.
