Ion counts for the missing mass ranges (m/z 90–132 for MS1 and m/z 13–24 for MS2) are calculated as explained in the text; these extrapolated values are shaded. The resulting total ion count (TIC), i.e., the number of ions in each mass spectrum, is also listed.
